About Aokeray: Medical Polymer Tubing Manufacturing Support
Aokeray supplies custom polymer tubing and catheter-processing components for medical-device and industrial projects. Each quotation is based on the applicable drawing, material specification, inspection requirements, packaging and supply terms.
Our engineering discussions can start with a drawing or with the requirements already fixed in your design. Open dimensions and assumptions are identified before a prototype or production quotation is prepared.
What Aokeray supplies
Our product scope includes custom PTFE tubing and liners, etched PTFE liners, PTFE and FEP heat-shrink tubing, Pebax tubing, multi-lumen tubing, tie-layer tubing, peelable tubing and selected secondary-processing services.
Industrial PTFE and FEP tubing is managed as a separate product group because the application, documentation and buyer requirements may differ from medical projects.
Medical tubing
- Medical PTFE tubing and liners
- Etched PTFE liners for defined bonding constructions
- FEP heat-shrink tubing
- Pebax tubing, heat-shrink and multi-lumen constructions
- Tie-layer and peelable tubing components
Engineering and processing support
- Drawing and material review
- Prototype planning and sample coordination
- Dimensional and appearance requirements defined for the quoted item
- Selected flaring, flanging and other secondary processing
How a tubing project moves forward
- Review material, ID, OD, wall, tolerances, geometry, application, quantity and inspection needs.
- Record the drawing revision, open assumptions, sample quantity and proposed supply terms.
- Confirm the inspection and documentation package that applies to the quoted construction.
- Coordinate samples or production after technical requirements are agreed.
The approved drawing, material specification, inspection plan and purchase agreement control the supplied item.
Quality documents and traceability
Company-level certificates and order-level product records are different. Depending on the material, product and quotation, buyers may request the current quality-system certificate and scope, material identification or supplier documentation, a Certificate of Conformance, dimensional inspection results, lot identification, packaging details or other agreed quality records.
Availability is confirmed for the quoted item. A company certificate does not automatically establish finished-component or final-device compliance, biocompatibility, sterilization suitability or regulatory approval.
Do not publish a cleanroom class, FDA, ISO, USP, biocompatibility or medical-device claim unless the exact certificate, test article, issuer, scope and validity have been verified.
Frequently asked questions
Is Aokeray a finished medical-device manufacturer?
Confirm Aokeray according to its verified legal and commercial scope. Where Aokeray supplies tubing or components for further manufacturing, the customer remains responsible for the finished device design, validation and regulatory submission unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Which documents can buyers request?
Request the current company and product documents that apply to the quoted material and construction. The certificate number, issuer, scope and validity should be reviewed rather than relying on a general website statement.
Can engineering review a drawing before every dimension is final?
Yes. Identify fixed requirements and open items so feasibility, material compatibility and inspection assumptions can be discussed before a final quotation.
Can Aokeray review an NDA before receiving a controlled drawing?
Contact the sales team before sending controlled information so the authorized legal entity, signatory and approved transfer method can be confirmed.
Start a supplier qualification or drawing review
Send the product family, drawing status, estimated volume, document needs, audit expectations and target timeline. Aokeray will identify what can be shared publicly, under NDA or during a formal qualification process.
